SIAL Interfood 2019 has ended successfully last Saturday at Jakarta, Indonesia. Held from 13 – 16 November 2019, the event is dedicated as a B2B platform for the ASEAN food & beverage industry. Leveraging on this platform, Lesaffre in Indonesia took part as one of the exhibitors focusing on yeast and baking ingredients’ key brands.
Lesaffre aims to position itself as a reliable and innovative partner that delivers value and solutions to the baking industry. The products highlight for Lesaffre are mainly yeast from the Saf-Instant range and Magimix, IBIS Blue and Baker’s Bonus RS190 for baking ingredients. This event also allowed us to introduce Livendo, a sourdough range by Lesaffre. Baking demo sessions by Lesaffre’s bakers were also arranged throughout the four days, showcasing our capabilities and technical expertise.
The four days event received more than 60,000 visitors across Asia Pacific. With this exhibition being one of the F&B key events, Lesaffre will make its appearance again in SIAL Interfood 2020.
