“Creative Baking with Lesaffre” Seminar in Myanmar

Lesaffre Asia Pacific, together with Blessing Trading, our distributor in Myanmar held our first baking seminar in Mandalay, Myanmar on 5 December 2018. Targeted at industrial and craft bakers, “Creative Baking with Lesaffre” was the theme of the seminar and was conducted by our Master Baker, Nigel Saunders. The objective was to introduce new baking innovations to help bakers expand their range of baked goods with Lesaffre’s range of yeasts and bakery ingredients. Key trends within the region was also shared, particularly with regards to frozen dough and technology where the demand in the region is on the rise. Such seminars will be part of on-going initiatives by Lesaffre to connect with bakers, providing an avenue to explore and develop new innovative solutions within the bakery scene in the region.
